Our People

Monica combines her training in sociology, public policy and business with her background experience in the not-for-profit sector to support CFAR clients seeking to refresh strategy and initiate large-scale change initiatives.  She is particularly skilled at organizational evaluation—developing metrics and measurable targets and assessing outcomes—and has broad experience in leadership coaching and talent development. At CFAR she works in the academic medical center, health and hospital systems and foundation sectors, and in the firm’s change and strategy practice areas.  She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Johns Hopkins Institute for Policy Studies.

Monica is especially interested in working with clients to better understand their group dynamics and business processes. She enjoys working with mission driven organizations to clarify complex problems and create strategies to implement new practices. Once the business problem is surfaced, Monica is skilled at working with leaders at all levels to learn what inspires them and build on their interests to make the planned change a reality.
