Our People

One of CFAR's founders, Lynn has 20 years of experience as a management consultant across many industries facing a wide variety of issues. Clients benefit from her breadth of experience as well as her clear thinking, her pragmatism and her optimism.

Lynn combines a respect for deeply held client values with a commitment to helping real people do real things differently. She uses her combined MBA/social sciences training to help clients plan long-term strategy and mobilize for action. She excels at designing initiatives where change efforts yield the greatest results.

Lynn continues to seek new challenges. Most recently, she led CFAR's R&D efforts on "new media/old behavior" — places where the need for speed driven by technology collides with established norms for decision making. She enjoys consulting in settings where changes in the technical rules create new opportunities but require rewriting the business and social rules to realize them.
