CFAR's approach to Action Learning develops talent by uniting formal learning and real business experience driven by executive sponsorship. Participants learn by doing projects with impact.

Action Learning is a process for targeting parts of a business for strategic improvement and for developing talent within your organization. Research demonstrates that learning is most effective through application. And action without learning and reflection impedes the development of people and organizations. Action Learning marries analysis and action, reflection and doing, organizational change and bottom line performance. By uniting these efforts, you drive to results in new ways and build capacity.
CFAR draws on a long tradition of action learning we helped advance while inside the Wharton School of Business. We have used action learning to design and consult to projects aimed at business dilemmas and development needs across industries.
