Larry Hirschhorn is a staff member for Authority, Role and Organization: Exploring Leadership and Accountability in a Globalized World,  an intensive 5-day conference sponsored by the Center for the Study of Groups and Social Systems (the Boston affiliate of the A.K. Rice Institute).

Leadership and the exercise of authority are both deeply personal and inherently colletive. This conference is an ideal environment for learning about that intersection - about how you lead, how you exercise your authority, how you function in different roles, and how group forces affect your outlook and behavior.
