Jennifer Tomasik with Sue Hassmiller of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Mary Beth Kingston, Aurora Health present Lessons from the Field: Promising Interprofessional Collaboration Practices

Collaboration between and among physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinical and administrative professionals will play an important role in the future of healthcare delivery. This session presents findings from a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation project designed to identify and catalyze promising practices in effective interprofessional collaboration. We share the practices, describe what makes it possible for them to thrive, and explore how they improve patient-centered care.
