Lynn Oppenehim presents "Unignorable Moments and the Campaign Approach to Organizational Change" as part of Drexel University College of Medicine's ELAM program. This session looks at a framework for change that was developed to move change forward in academic institutions. We discuss using unignorable moments to apreciate and use being stuck and look at three tools to help you get unstuck.

The Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine® (ELAM®) program is a year-long part-time fellowship for women faculty in schools of medicine, dentistry and public health. The program is dedicated to developing the professional and personal skills required to lead and manage in today's complex health care environment, with special attention to the unique challenges facing women in leadership positions.
