Jennifer Tomasik presents "What Does Interprofessional Collaborative Practice Look Like? Lessons from the Field: Promising Interprofessional Collaboration Practice."  In this talk Jenn will discuss "Promising interprofessional Collaborative Practice", a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation-funded national initiative, which identifies strategies in how interprofessional care improves patient satisfaction and provider satisfaction, creates a safer environment, enhances quality of care (reduced length of state and improved quality metrics) and creates alignment in a way that helps healthcare providers get things done faster.
