August 5, 2016

When a professional association faces serious challenges, it often faces a critical strategic choice: whether to hunker down and splinter into fighting factions, or use the moment as an opportunity to reflect and re-energize internally in order to focus on fulfilling its purpose in the world. Mal discusses this process as part of the Presidential Programming portion of the American Psychological Association's Annual Conference.
