Jennifer Tomasik leads a discussion entitled "Learn from Leaders: Catalyzing a Culture of Interprofessional Collaboration"
Collaboration between and among physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinical and administrative professionals will play an increasingly important role in the future of healthcare. This webinar will highlight the findings of a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation study designed to identify practices that promote effective interprofessional collaboration (IPC). We will define the practices, explore their potential to contribute to a culture of IPC, and look at their impact on high quality, patient-centered care through specific examples of innovative pilots and initiatives from leading healthcare institutions across the country.
