Paul Walters, Senior Manager, brings his extensive, multi-disciplinary experience to organizations across CFAR’s family enterprise and owner-led business, healthcare, higher education, and non-profit practices. Paul spent 10 years in the nonprofit sector supporting, managing, and leading teams both domestically and in emerging markets in Asia, Africa and Central America. Paul spent an additional seven years consulting for Gallup and Deloitte, strengthening an expertise in organizational development, leadership and management, executive coaching, performance management, culture, employee engagement, change management and strategy. Paul also served as an executive coach, facilitating the development of over 500 leaders in addition to delivering keynote addresses for high-profile clients and events.
As a consultant, Paul takes an individualized and strengths-based approach to each client engagement and coaching assignment. A trusted advisor, he creates impact by truly partnering with clients in understanding their unique needs and challenges to create tailored, practical solutions.
Paul holds a BA in Psychology and English from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University, and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Paul earned a certificate in Cooperative Development from the University of Missouri and is an International Coaching Federation-certified executive coach. Paul is also certified in CliftonStrengths, Hogan and Business Chemistry psychometric assessments, and 360 coaching.
