Adam Tarshish, Manager, brings nearly a decade of experience in operations and strategy. A strong collaborator with a lens on access and equity, Adam brings thoughtfulness and curiosity to each client engagement, along with a talent for creating structure where there is none. He has found that lasting change depends on buy-in that is cultivated through trust and transparency.
Adam’s approach took shape in higher education, where he twice stepped into inaugural roles and established the norms and processes that those roles required. At the University of Minnesota, he began as an Access Consultant, honing his skills in advocacy, coaching, and relationship management. As the first manager of a long-established testing center, he led the team through transformational change, anchored in a vision he and the team built together. At Northeastern University, he broke down silos and developed the infrastructure that allowed programs to scale, using AI and automation to design tools that moved data from reporting to decision-making.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development from the University of Minnesota.
