Tom Bonner, Manager, brings more than a decade of experience in advancing initiatives in arts and culture, education, and corporate social responsibility. From labyrinthian university systems to rural high schools; globally oriented foundations to tiny cultural non-profits; multi-national enterprises to two-person start-ups, Tom is guided in his work by the conviction that equitable, honest, and empathetic engagement is critical to creating a lasting impact for clients.
At CFAR, Tom blends persistent curiosity, analysis, and a passion for helping people to cultivate vibrant collaborations that uncover new opportunities and drive outcomes. Prior to joining CFAR, Tom was the Director of Community Partnerships at the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance. During his tenure there, he facilitated strategic and fiscal planning processes, managed dozens of institutional partnerships, and led planning and implementation of a citywide workforce development initiative connecting young individuals with meaningful professional experiences at world class cultural institutions.
Tom holds a BA in Theater Arts from Marymount Manhattan College and an MA in Arts Management from Drexel University, as well as certifications in project management and executive strategy.
