Senior Manager.
How long have you been with CFAR?
Almost five years!
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I of course love engaging with our clients! And I also enjoy working across CFAR’s internal teams.
What are three words you would use to describe CFAR?
Collaborative. Passionate. Partner.
What motivates you to go to work?
The people! Both clients and coworkers.
What has been your favorite memory at CFAR?
Hard to pick just one! At a post-family meeting dinner with a client, a huge rainbow appeared! It was the perfect ending to a great family meeting.
In five words or less, what advice would you give for others in your profession?
Never stop learning!
What book are you currently reading right now?
Many kids books—do those count? I am also reading A Quick and Easy Guide to They/Them Pronouns by Archie Bongiovanni and Tristan Jimerson.
What is your favorite book/podcast?
My daughter and I are currently big fans of Chicka Chicka Boom Boom.
If you could gain a new skill in 10 minutes, what would it be?
Rollerskating.
What are your top three publications that you read every morning?
The back of the cereal box, Baby Bug Magazine, and a quick scan of Twitter.
What is one thing—industry-related or not—you learned in the last month?
How to properly use they/them pronouns.
What is one thing that made you smile recently?
My 19-month-old daughter, Josie.
How do you define success?
Hard work and joy.
What inspires you?
The future. (Corny, I know but so excited to see my next generation grow!)
