What is your role at CFAR?

How long have you been with CFAR?
2.5 years.

What do you enjoy most about your role?
I love the variety. We serve all different kinds of clients and work on many different types of challenges.

What are three words you would use to describe CFAR?
Learning. People. Results.

What motivates you to go to work?
Serving our wonderful clients!

What has been your favorite memory at CFAR?
Gathering around the kitchen island in the CFAR Philadelphia office, snacking on raclette and chatting with the team.

What is your favorite thing about working at CFAR?
I’m always learning.

In five words or less, what advice would you give for others in your profession?
Be curious; seek shared success.

BBC Global News podcast.

If you could gain a new skill in 10 minutes, what would it be?

What are your top three publications that you read every morning?
The Philadelphia Inquirer, Wall Street Journal, Fortune CEO Daily (don’t get through all of them, but snippets from each!).

What is one thing—industry-related or not—you learned in the last month?
I learned more about the experience of veterans. I watched a remarkable documentary, Warrior Class on Veterans Day. I recommend it.

What is one thing that made you smile recently?
The hawk that landed on my balcony—so unusual to see 🙂

If you could choose anyone as a mentor, who would it be and why?
I feel very fortunate to have—and have had—some tremendous mentors who have encouraged me, questioned me, and made my success their own. I believe that we all stand on the shoulders of others. I am grateful for my mentors’ kindness and support.

How do you define success?
Continual learning. Helping others. Time to enjoy people’s company.
