Diane Dimitroff

Diane R. Dimitroff is an accomplished executive with over three decades of leadership in organizational management, strategic planning, and organizational growth and transformation. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for leading complex organizations through periods of growth, operational efficiency, and financial success. Diane’s expertise spans a range of sectors, including higher education and non-profit management, with a proven track record of aligning organizational goals with strategic initiatives.

Diane is known for her ability to drive change, foster collaboration, and lead with strategic vision. Her financial planning, operations management, and team development expertise have made her a trusted leader in every organization she has served.

Diane served as the Executive Director of the Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges (LVAIC) from 2012 to 2024. In this role, she led the development of several strategic plans and developed operational plans that maximized the efficiency of member institutions, significantly impacting faculty, staff, and students. Before LVAIC, Diane served as Executive Director of the Brockport Auxiliary Service Corporation and held several leadership roles at ARAMARK.

Diane holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where she was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma. Throughout her career, she has been committed to community involvement, serving on numerous boards, including the Third Street Alliance for Women and Children, where she currently serves as President, the Association for Collaborative Leadership, where she served on the Board of Directors from 2017 to 2024, and SCORE where she is a certified SCORE mentor.
