ELAM September 2026: Organizational Dynamics
Carey Gallagher teaches a session on Organizational Dynamics as part of Drexel University's 2026 Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine® (ELAM) program. The program, now in it's 30th year, offers an intensive one-year fellowship of leadership training with extensive coaching, networking and mentoring opportunities aimed at expanding the national pool of qualified candidates for leadership in academic medicine, dentistry, public health and pharmacy. Alumni of the program hold executive leadership positions at more than 300 academic health organizations.
