In literature and practice, families are encouraged to create a family vision as a tool to keep the family together, for business continuity, and as an essential part of governance structure. But how are families supposed to do it? What does it take to get a family to come up with a family vision? What questions do we ask? In this panel discussion, Meghan Juday and Todd Smith share practical tips and insights for creating, implementing, and reviewing the family vision.
