The Next Generation – Understanding the Family Enterprise
Katelyn Husereau is teaching a session on Next Generation in the Understanding the Family Enterprise course at Northeastern University. The course is designed for individuals who plan to enter into the management of a family business and focuses on small and midsize firms with annual revenue of $5 million to $500 million.
The course covers business, personal, and family issues found in family owned and managed companies, including management of the business, succession planning, entitlement, hiring, non-family employees, boards of advisors
and directors, compensation, managing conflict, and communications.
