Jessica Hutchison

Jessica Hutchison, Senior Manager, brings seven years of legal experience to organizations across CFAR’s Family Enterprise and Owner-led Business Practice, healthcare, higher education, and non-profit practices. A team player with an inherent ability to connect, Jessica brings empathy, compassion, and considerable skill to each of her client engagements.  

Prior to joining CFAR, Jessica was a trial attorney with the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor. During her time there, Jessica litigated issues across several client agencies.

Jessica serves as Chair of the Hutchison Family’s family council. She brings her legal background to family governance meetings to provide a different perspective on issues concerning the family and business. She also serves on the board of Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

At CFAR, Jessica blends her legal experience, curiosity, and creativity into each client engagement. Through her sharp ability to problem-solve and identify risk, Jessica understands that no single approach is right for every client. She takes a tailored approach in her practice and has the talent to pivot when necessary to deliver her clients the best outcomes.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is certified as a Predictive Index Practitioner.
