Jessica-Marie Hutchison, Manager, brings seven years of legal experience to organizations across CFAR’s family enterprise and owner-led business, healthcare, higher education, and non-profit practices. A team player with an inherent ability to connect, Jessica brings empathy, compassion and considerable skill to each of her clients.
Prior to joining CFAR, Jessica was a trial attorney with the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor. During her time there, Jessica provided advice to clients and litigated issues across several client agencies, including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Employee Benefits Security Administration, the Wage & Hour Division and the Mine Safety and Health Administration. In private practice, Jessica focused on personal and small business bankruptcies.
At CFAR, Jessica blends her legal experience, curiosity, and creativity to each of her client engagements. Through her sharp ability to problem solve and identify risk, Jessica understands that no single approach is right for every client. She takes a tailored approach in her practice and has the talent to pivot when necessary to deliver her clients the best outcomes.
Jessica holds a BA in Political Science from University of Missouri-St. Louis and her JD from University of Missouri-Kansas City.
