Caroline Ren is a talent optimization specialist with a passion to effect change and drive high performance for her clients. By working directly with CEOs and key executives, she builds strategic alignment across the organization and drives necessary cultural and organizational shifts using a proven methodology and change management approach. As a coach and facilitator, Caroline has built a unique ability to connect quickly and deeply with her clients to help them build effective processes, leadership skills, and teams to produce lasting results. Caroline earned her BA from Smith College and an MBA focused on Organizational Behavior/Design from The MIT Sloan School of Management. She is a certified Predictive Index Practitioner.
