Rokeeme Brown

Rokeeme Brown, is CFAR’s Office Manager, where he helps create a smooth, supportive environment for both staff and visitors. With a background in operations, program coordination, and creative community-building, he brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to keeping the office running with care and efficiency. 

Before joining CFAR, Rokeeme worked at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China and China Harbor Engineering Company in Jamaica, where he facilitated cross-cultural collaboration and internal coordination. With a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of the West Indies, Mona, he has long been interested in how systems, space, and communication shape human relationships, especially across cultural lines. That curiosity continues to inform his work and his commitment to building workplaces that are both organized and deeply human.

Outside of work, Rokeeme is a writer and music enthusiast with a passion for the arts. He is drawn to the ways environment and connection shape emotion and is always exploring how art can create a deeper sense of belonging.
